The purpose of this cd-rom (containing a translation of the textbook Organic Farming into English) is to give the reader a basic knowledge of organic farming. The theory, principles and practice of organic farming are introduced in the opening chapters. After this, all the mayor agricultural sectors are described, that is milk production, pig production, plant and vegetable production as well as poultry production. There is also a chapter on working environment on organic farms and a comprehensive list of other sources of information as well as an excellent subject index.
